I'm a visual learner, so design inspires me as I learn, I am a psychologist so I understand what makes people tick, and I strongly believe that experiential learning is the future, so now I am a part of that revolution in the L&D industry.

As an organizational psychologist with a background in leadership development, I bring a behavioral science lens to instructional design - ensuring learning experiences are not only engaging but also impactful and performance-driven. My passion lies in experiential learning, using scenarios, storytelling, and immersive activities to create training that truly sticks.
I specialize in turning complex concepts into clear, compelling learning experiences that inspire behavior change. With a collaborative approach, I partner closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure every solution aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.
Driven by a strong ability to connect with others and understand diverse perspectives, I design content that is intuitive, inclusive, and learner-focused. I apply ADDIE and SAM frameworks to guide course development - strategically planning each interaction to boost engagement, knowledge retention, and real - world application. Feedback is a key part of my process, and I continually refine my work to ensure objectives are met and exceeded.
From microlearning and job aids to interactive e-Learning modules, I build solutions that are both thoughtfully designed and outcome - oriented. Above all, I’m passionate about creating training that empowers people to learn, grow, and thrive.
Outside of work, I love hiking through national parks, road-tripping across the country with my family, and immersing myself in new cultures - especially through food and drink. These adventures fuel my creativity, curiosity, and empathy - qualities I bring into every learning experience I design. I'm always looking for meaningful ways to connect with learners and create content that resonates, inspires, and empowers.
